CURRICULUM
Current College Players
"It teaches the strong to know when they are weak and the brave to face themselves when they are afraid. To be proud and unbowed in defeat yet humble and gentle in victory. And to master ourselves before we attempt to master others. And to learn to laugh, yet never forget how to weep. And to give the predominance of courage over timidity."
General Douglas MacArthur, On the virtues of competitive athletics

Coaches
Mesa Lacrosse has more than 60 coaches who are current high school and college coaches, who are assisted by current and former college players. Coaches include players from schools such as Johns Hopkins, PENN, Delaware, Notre Dame, Villanova, Gettysburg, Denison, and Virginia – to name a few. What makes these coaches the best around, is that most of them played for Mesa and understand the expectations of playing for a top club team in the country. Mesa's coaches are trained in practice planning, high tempo and high reps drills, box lacrosse, game day management, and being a role model.
